Acknowledgement --- This Poem Was Specially Composed On The Occasion Of The Need To Eliminate Politics In The Work Place And To Channalise The Management Strengths To Meet The Then Need of The Hour In The Manufacturing Plant Of Which The Composer Was The Chief Executive,The Thought Behind This Poem Is Taken From The Famous GITANJALI Of Rabindranath Tagore .It Begins With The Original Of The First Stanza Retained As it Is and The Subsequent Ones Modified To Suit The Occasion.

By Narrow Walls Of Inter Personal Inhibitions

And Leave No Room To Think Otherwise

Where People Strive Towards Perfection
And Do Not Mind The Short Term Pains

Where The Clear Stream of reason Has Not Lost
Its Way Into The Lame Excuse Of Past Practices

Where One And All Appreciate The Need For Change
And Work Together To Achieve The Same

Where There Is This Realisation
That In Team Work What Matters Is Not I but We

Where The Mind Is Led Forward By Thee
Into Ever Winding Thought, Action And Progress

Into That Place With Such A Work Culture
